Manuel has evangelized the concept that America’s borders are no longer defined by a map, but by the reach of its technology. He is a guest speaker at many events and speaks on the role of creativity and technology in our society.

With over than 20 years experience in the field of systems integration, workflow analysis, communications, and the arts, Manuel is the founder and president of HBMG Inc. HBMG has been named one of the 500 small companies in the U.S in 2007 and one of the Top 100 small companies in Texas in 2007 by Specializing in problem solving, Manuel created one of the first electronic document management programs, and eManagers remains a strategic content management tool utilized by the Department of Defense, Texas Department of Transportation and others.

Serving as the Senior Information Technology Project Manager and adviser for numerous projects nationwide, Manuel has led the development of project control systems on some of the largest construction projects in the country. His clients include Accenture, HDR, Fluor, Atkins, AT&T, Sprint, Northrop Grumman, IBM, Raytheon, Navy, Parsons Brinkerhoff, Zachry, Cintra, and Jacobs.

Manuel is considered an entrepreneur and creative visionary. His multi-media experience has revealed the potential of communication using technology to create one-on-one experiences amplified millions of times over using the web.
